DOJ’s Growing War on ‘Illegal DEI’ Adds Risk to Corporate Hiring

As the administration increases its scrutiny of IE&D in corporate hiring practices, David Goldstein says companies who see IE&D as core corporate values will defend IE&D practices, others – especially those that rely on federal contracts – will do whatever they can to stay in the administration’s good graces, and everyone else sits in between those two extremes.
